The Fastest Cars In the World

We have all imagined owning luxury cars or sports cars. Between the two of them, some of us would definitely go for the sports cars simply for the thrill and swagger of those lean cool cars speeding through the highways. Different people have different claims on what the best car in the world is, and a lot can depend on the kind of road you are driving on and the kind of driver you are when you are determining what a good car is. However, fast cars will always be fast cars, and this is a list of some of the fastest cars in the world.

The top of this list could be the Hennessey Venom GT that went up to 270 mph unofficially breaking the world record for the fastest car in the world. It was only due to an organizational mishap that the car could not be tested in both directions, which is a requirement in setting the world records or this car may have been placed as the fastest car in the world rank.

The Bugatti Veyron is next up in line when you think about the fastest cars in the world. Although the vehicle holds a primary hefty price tag of about 2.5 million US Dollars, just looking at the sleek sporty design of the car and taking a glance at the engine makes you understand what that price tag is actually for. This car clocked in at about 267.8 miles per hour in both directions making it another one of the fastest cars on the planet.

Of course, you probably know that although there are engines and the technological capacity to produce fast cars, these cars only rarely reach their top speeds on traffic roads. There are always considerations of safety, road traffic rules, and risks of failures that make sure supercar drivers stay in line. Still, the capabilities of these cars are something wonderful.
