Homemade Popsicle Recipe

Popsicles are a delicious treat that you can make yourself at home without loads of sugar or preservatives.  Try them for yourself!

Iced coffee Popsicle: To make this, you need a cup of cold coffee, half a cup of cold milk, and 1-4 tablespoons of sugar. Whisk the coffee, sugar, and milk. Pour into mold and freeze till solid. It is important to use cold coffee and milk to reduce the number of ice crystals formed after freezing.

Homemade strawberry popsicle: This is made with just three ingredients strawberries, water, and sugar. Mix strawberry and sugar and be allowed to sit for 15 minutes to allow the sugar to drain the juice and flavor from the strawberry. Pour the strawberry into the blender and blend with water. Pour into ice cream mode and freeze till solid. Next on the list is Nutella Popsicle. Whisk Nutella, milk, and cream together in a bowl. Sieve and pour into a jug. Then pour into Popsicle mold, add a stick, and place in the freezer to solidify.

Peaches and cream cobbler popsicle: To achieve this, blend peaches, spices, brown sugar, and water until smooth. Mix the cream, white sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the peach mixture and the cream mixture alternatively into a popsicle mold. Add your stick and freeze till solid. Another one is the lemonade Popsicle. This is made from scratch with only lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cold water. Add the sugar and lemon juice together to make the lemon syrup, then dilute with cold water. Pour into a popsicle mold and add your stick. Freeze until solid.

Kiwi ice Popsicle: First, make the syrup by mixing a cup of water with sugar in a small pot, bringing it to a boil, and set aside to cool. Place kiwi with seeds in a bowl in your food processor and purée till liquid. Add the syrup, lime juice, and water into the mixture, pour into a popsicle mold, and freeze until solid.
